Bulkley, Frank
mining engineer, legislator, was born July 10, 1857, in Washington, Iowa. He received his education in Michigan, and has attained success as a noted mining engineer in Colorado. He is the general manager of the New Pittsburgh Mining company of Leadville; the Grand River Coal and Coke company of Garfield; the Aspen Mining and Smelting company; the Regent Mine; the Bushwhacker Mining company; and various other mining companies. He has served with distinction as a representative in the Colorado state legislature, and has taken an active part in the public affairs of that state.
