Barnes, William
journalist, is the youngest son of William Barnes, the celebrated lawyer of Albany, N. Y. He is the editor of The Albany Evening Journal, and contributes extensively to current literature The Evening Journal is published every evening except Sunday, and also issues a semi-weekly and weekly edition.
It is one of the foremost journals in the state of New York, and always advocates the principles of the republican party. It is published by The Journal Publishing company, of which he is one of the largest individual stockholders.
