Weaver, Archibald J

lawyer, jurist, congressman, was born April 15, 1844, in Susquehanna county, Pa. He is a noted lawyer of Falls City, Neb. In 1872 he was elected district attorney of the first judicial district. He was elected judge of the first judicial district in 1875, and was re-elected in 1879, holding the position until elected a representative from Nebraska to the forty-eighth congress. He was re-elected to the forty-ninth congress as a republican.

WEAVER, CHARLES ALEXANDER, manufacturer, banker, was born April 14, 1845, in York, Pa. He is a successful manufacturer of Moundville, W. Va.; president of the Moundville Manufacturing company; president of the Moundville Land company; and president of the Marshall County bank.
