Price, William Thompson

lawyer, jurist, state senator, congressman, was born June 17, 1824, in Barre township, Pa. He was judge of Jackson county, Wis., once by election and once by appointment, and was a representative in the state legislature in 1851 and 1852. He was a state senator in 1857, 1870, 1871,1878, 1879, 1880 and 1881. He was collector of internal revenue from 1863 to 1865. was elected a representative from Wisconsin to the forty-eighth and forty-ninth congresses. He died Dec. 6, 1886, in Eau Claire, Wis.

He
