Holleman, Joel
educator, lawyer, congressman, was born Oct. 1, 1799, in the representative in congress from Virginia, county of Isle of Wight, Va. He was a from 1839 to 1840. He was subsequently in the state legislature for several years, and was speaker of the house. He died in August, 1844.
