Good, John

manufacturer, inventor, was born in 1844, in Ireland. He is an inventor and manufacturer of cordage.

He now manufactures on an extended scale, and besides the establishment at Ravenswood, operates a large cordage factory at Millwall, near London, and another at Great Grimsby. He has in contemplation the building of works in France, Germany and Italy. He is the inventor of the machinery now in general use for the making of binding twine. He has large manufacturing establishments in America and Europe.
