Bradbury, George

lawyer, state senator, congressman, was born in 1770 in Portland, Maine. From 1806 to 1810 he was a member of the state legislature, and also in 1811 and 1812. In 1812 he was chosen to represent the Cumberland district, Massachusetts, in congress. Mr. Bradbury received the approbation of a second election in 1814. After this service he returneu to his profession, which he pursued to the time of his death. He was a state senator in 1822. He died Nov. 7, 1823, in Portland, Maine.
