Beckham, Carl H

lawyer, state legislator, was born July 3, 1860, in Henry county, Ohio. He studied law in Toledo, was admitted to the bar in 1886, and has been ever since engaged in the practice of his profession in that city. He was elected to the seventy-first Ohio general assembly as a republican, and re-elected to the seventy-second general assembly.

In 1888 he was a candidate of the democratic party for congress. He has been a member of the board of city school examiners for about eighteen years.
