Beach, Charles Fisk

clergyman, journalist, author, was born Sept. 5, 1827, in Hunter, N. Y. During 1851-54 he attended the Auburn Theological seminary, and was ordained to the ministry on Jan. 8, 1855. He at once entered active work as pastor of the presbyterian church; and for nearly twenty-two years successfully followed that vocation. During 1874-95 he was editor and publisher of The National Presbyterian and Expositor; and also of the International Sunday School Lessons. Since 1897 he has given his attention to law, with an office in Indianapolis, Ind. He is the author of Commentaries on the Law of Trust and Trustees; and other works.
