Workman, Charles H
lawyer, author, was born April 23, 1859, near Millersburgh, Ohio. For ten years he taught English literature and political economy in the Ohio Normal university. He served as a member of the seventieth general assembly of Ohio. He is the author of The Ohio Arbitration Law, and The Workman School Law.
