SUTHERLAND, RODERICK DHU, lawyer, congressman, was born April 27, 1862, in Scotch Grove, Iowa. He was elected county attorney in Nebraska in 1890; and re-elected in 1892 and 1894.
He was elected to the fifty-fifth congress as a populist.
