She is a philanthropist of Denver, Col., and designed a plan for a co-operative home, which should give to each family their own private and separate house and grounds; with a central building for their common use.

STUCKENBERG, JOHN HENRY WIL- BURN, clergyman, educator, author, was born Jan. 6, 1835, in Germany. He is a lutheran clergyman, professor of theology at Wittenberg college, Springfield, Ohio, in 1873-80, and minister in charge of the American chapel at Berlin from 1880. He is the author of Christian Sociology; Life of Kant; and Introduction to the Study of Philosophy.
