Struble, George R

lawyer, legislator, jurist, was born July 25, 1836, in Sussex county, N. J. He has been circuit judge of the eighth judicial district of Iowa; and is one of the foremost. lawyers of that state at Toledo. He served with distinction as a member of the eighteenth and nineteenth general assemblies of Iowa; and was speaker during his second term.

In 1896 he was a delegate to the republican national convention, held in St. Louis, Mo.; and for the past quarter of a century has been prominently identified with the political affairs of Iowa.
