Mcmullen, Daniel E
educator, public official, was born April 29, 1860, in Lyons, Iowa. He received his education at the St. Francis college of Milwaukee, St. Joseph's college of Dubuque, and St.
Ambrose college of Davenport. He has been county superintendent of schools of Lyons county, Iowa; a justice of the peace for seven years; principal of the Charlotte schools; and is now principal of schools at Alvord, Iowa. He has filled numerous public offices in his county, and is well-known throughout the state as a successful educator.
