Marble, Anna Warren

actress, was born Dec. 1, 1815, in Philadelphia, Pa.

She first appeared at the Holiday street theatre in Baltimore, Mi., as Rosalie Sumers in Town and Country. Her last appearance was in Chicago, Ill., in the winter of 1868-69. MARBLE, MRS. CALLIE L. BONNEY, author, was born in Peoria, Ill. She has published two prose works, Wit and Wisdom of Bulwer; and Wisdom and Eloquence of Webster. She has written two operettas, and dramatized Bulwer's Rienzi. She is the wife of Earl Marble, the well-known journalist and author.
