Malone, Booth
lawyer, orator. In 1885 he was mayor of Beloit, Wis., and was three times elected district attorney of Rock county.
Since 1890 he has practiced his profession in Denver, Col., and has attained eminence as a forcible and eloquent speaker. He has twice been elected president of the republican state league of Colorado; and is chairman of the congressional committee of the first district. For four years he has been first assistant district attorney of Arapahoe county, in which Denver is located, and out of thirty-six murder cases which he has tried within the past six years, he has secured conviction in thirtyone cases.
