Landrum, Richard H

soldier, lawyer, jurist, state senator, was born May 31, 1834, in Jefferson county, Tenn. He served with distinction through the civil war; and served for a time as adjutant of the seventysixth Missouri regiment. Since 1870 he has practiced law in Mt. Vernon, Mo.; has been justice of the peace; judge of the county court, and also of the probate court and the court of common pleas. He served with distinction as a member of the thirty-seventh Missouri general assembly; and in 1894 was elected a member of the state senate.
