Fitzgerald, David C
lawyer, orator, was born June 8, 1868, in Limerick, Ireland, where his ancestors have been prominent in national affairs since early in the fourteenth century. His education was completed in Oxford university, where he received the degrees of B. A. and LL. B. In 1890 he was admitted to the bar of New York, and subsequently to the bar of the United States. He has attained note as a successful lawyer, and has a large practice in Buffalo, N. Y. He is considered one of the best authorities on international law; and is prominent in the councils of the democratic party.
