Bullock, Charles
educator, college president, author, was born in 1826, in Wilmington, Del. Since 1885 he has been president of the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. He is the author of a work entitled Alkaloids of Veratrum Virdie.
BULLOCK, JONATHAN RUSSELL, lawyer, state senator, lieutenant-governor, was born Sept. 6, 1815, in Bristol, R. I. In 1844 and the two succeeding years he was chosen first representative to the general assembly from the town of Bristol. In 1859 he was elected to the state senate, and in 1860 was chosen lieutenant-governor.
