Bradley, Thomas J
lawyer, congressman, was born Jan. 2, 1870, in New York city. He taught in the public schools of New York city from 1887 until 1891, at the same time attending the university law school, from which institution he was graduated as a bachelor of laws in 1889. In 1891 he was appointed deputy assistant district attorney of the county of New a York, which position he held till July, 1895, when he resigned to attend to nis private law practice. He was elected to the fifty-fifth congress as the regular democratic candidate.
