Barber, Isaac Ambrose
physician, business man, legislator, congressman, was born Jan. 26, 1852, near Salem, N. J.
He graduated from the Hahnemann medical college of Philadelphia, Pa. In 1873 he moved to Easton, Md.; practiced medicine for fifteen years; and since that time has been engaged in milling. He has been president of the Farmers' and Merchants National bank of Easton, Md.; was a member of the Maryland state legislature in 1895-96; and in 1896 was elected a member of the fifty-fifth congress.
