Tuttle, Dwight W
lawyer, legislator, was born Jan. 11, 1846, in Hamden, Conn. He has been prosecuting attorney of East Haven, Conn. For three terms he was a member of the Connecticut house of representatives, and became a member of the state senate in 1897.
