Tidball, Lewis Cass
lawyer, legislator, was born June 25, 1849, near Zanesville, Ohio. He received a thorough education, and attended the Illinois State Normal college. He is one of the foremost lawyers of Wyoming at Sheridan. During 1893-95 he served with distinction as a member of the Wyoming legislature; was elected speaker, and received the re-election in 1897. In 1895 he was a candidate for governor on the populist ticket. He is vice-president of the Direct Legislation league, and a member of the people's party national executive committee.
