STEVENS, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, bibliographer, author, was born Feb. 19, 1833, in Barnet, Vt. He is a bibliographer who has edited Campaign in Virginia in 1781; and Facsimiles of Manuscripts in European Archives Relating to America, 1773-83.
