Spellmeyer, Henry
clergyman, was born Nov. 25, 1847, in Newark, N. J.
He received his education in the New York university and the Union Theological seminary, and since 1869 has been a clergyman of the methodist episcopal church. In 1896 he was a member of the general conference. He has been a trustee of the Drew Theological seminary of Madison, N. J.; a trustee of the Syracuse university, and of the Hackettstown Collegiate institute. In 1896 he was elected a member of the book committee of the methodist episcopal church for four years.
