Shattuc, William B
soldier, state senator, congressman, was born June 11, 1841, in North Hector, N. Y. He was a commissioned officer in the union army during the rebellion, in the army of the frontier. For thirty years previous to 1895 he was an officer in the railway traffic service, and is now retired from business. He lives in Madisonville, Ohio. In 1895 he was elected one of the state senators from Hamilton county to the seventy-second general assembly, and was elected to the fifty-fifth congress as a republican.
