Rice, Martin Henry
clergyman, journalist, was born Oct. 4, 1829, in Jamaica, Vt. He always took a deep interest in Masonry, and has lectured extensively on that subject. He has been grand master; grand high priest and illustrious grand master of Masons in Indiana. He is best known as the editor of the Masonic Advocate, on which for a quarter of a century his time and talents, his pen and brain, have been actively employed in spreading true Masonic light and knowledge to his uninformed brethren.
