Miller, Elihu Spencer
lawyer, educator, author, poet, was born Sept. 3, 1817, in Princeton, N. J. He was a lawyer of Philadelphia; professor in the university of Pennsylvania; and the author of Treatise on the Law of Partition by Writ in Pennsylvania; and Caprices, a volume of verse.
He died March 6, 1878, in Philadelphia, Pa.
