Hudd, Thomas R
lawyer, state senator, congressman, was born Oct. 2, 1835, in Buffalo, N. Y. He was district attorney of Outagamie county, Wis., in 1856-57; and was city attorney of Green Bay in 1873-74. He was state senator from the twenty-second district in 1862 and 1863; and was a member of the state assembly in 1868 and 1875. He was a state senator in 1876, 1877, 1878, and 1879; and was again a state senator in 1882 and 1883, and was re-elected. He was elected a representative from Wisconsin to the fortyninth congress as a democrat to fill a vacancy; and was re-elected to the fiftieth congress.
