Hayden, James Henry
lawyer, was born Feb. 23, 1867, in New York city. He received his education at the St. Paul's school of Concord, N. H.; graduated from Yale university in 1887; from the Yale Law school in 1889, and has received the degrees of Ph. B. and LL. B. He has been counsel for the William Cramp and Sons' Ship and Engine Building company, the Bethlehem Iron company, Simpson Dry-Dock company, and other large corporations. He is a member of various societies and associations, and governor of the Century club of Washington, D. C.
