Hasbrouck, Abraham
state senator, congressman. He was a member of the New York assembly from Ulster county in 1781 and 1782, and again in 1811. He was a representative in congress from 1813 to 1815; and was a state senator in 1822.
HASBROUCK, ABRAHAM BRUYN, lawyer, college president, congressman, was born in November, 1791, in Kingston, N. Y. He was a representative in congress fom New York from 1825 to 1827; and was president of Rutgers college, which office he resigned. He died Feb. 23, 1879, in Kingston, N. Y.
