He has published many popular biographies and histories, and his books of travel have been widely circulated. Notable among his works are Napoleon and His Marshals; and Washington and His Generals.

HILLMAN, CONGDON, CLEMENT journalist, was born July 25, 1868, in Harrisburg, Pa. He has been manager of the Western Union Telegraph office, newspaper district, of Philadelphia; is now president of The Century Syndicate; president of The Sun company; president of The Packet System company; and is the author of an elaborate History of The Master Builders' Exchange.
