Christie, William H
soldier, physician, was born March 31, 1844, in Bergen county, N. J. In 1868 he graduated from the Rush Medical college of Chicago, Ill. He served as a private soldier during the civil war. In 1884 he was a delegate to the national republican convention.
Since 1890 he has filled the chair of materia medica and principles of therapeutics in the Omaha Medical college, Neb. He is a member of the national, state, district, and other medical societies; and has contributed extensively to medical literature and the periodical press generally.
