Causey, John Williams
fruit grower, state senator, congressman, was born Sept. 19, 1841, in Milford, Del. He is engaged in farming and fruit growing; and was elected to the state senate for 1875- 77. He was delegate to the national democratic convention in 1884; was appointed internal revenue collector for the district of Delaware by President Cleveland, and was elected to the fifty-second and fifty-third congresses as a democrat. He took an active part in all movements which tended to the agricultural interests of the United States.
