Andrews, Garnett
lawyer, author, was born May 15, 1837, in Washington, Ga.
He removed to Chattanooga, Tenn., in 1882, where he has since remained, practicing his profession; and was elected mayor of Chattanooga in 1891. He is the author of Andrews' Digest of the Laws of Mississippi.
ANDREWS, GEORGE ARTHUR, clergyman, educator, author, was born May 22, 1870, in Springfield, Mass. He attended Colby university and the Andover Theological school, and became instructor in mathematics in the English high school of Worcester, Mass. He has prepared a book on Composite Geometrical Figures.
