Rogde, Peter Jacob
lawyer, was born Feb. 4, 1864, in Lee county, Ill. He received his education at the Northwestern university at Naperville, Ill.; the Luther college of Decorah, Iowa; and the law department of the university of Iowa.
He is a prominent lawyer of Sioux Falls, S. D.; has been state's attorney of his county; and takes an active part in public affairs.
ROGE, MRS. CHARLOTTE FISKE [BATES], educator, poet, was born in 1838 in New York. She is an educator and verse-writer of Cambridge and New York city who has written Risk, and Other Poems, and edited The Cambridge Book of Poetry and other works.
