Robinson, Edward Murphy

lawyer, legislator, was born March 11, 1872, in Stockton, Ala. He received the degree of B. A. from the university of Alabama, and the degree of LL. B. from the same institution. He studied law at the university of Virginia, and has attained success in that profession in his native state at Mobile. He has filled numerous public offices of trust, and in 1894-95 and 1896-97 served as a member of the state legislature, and was chairman of the committee on education in the house, and a member of the judiciary committee. He is also captain of the Mobile rifle company.
