Randall, Emilius Oviatt

lawyer, lecturer, writer, was born Oct. 28, 1850, in Richfield, Ohio. He graduated from Cornell university; and from the college of law of the Ohio state university. He has been a reporter of the supreme court of Ohio; secretary of the Ohio State Historical society; and professor of commercial law in the Ohio state university. He is a successful public lecturer on art, history and literature; a writer of note; and the editor of Decision of the Supreme Court of Ohio. He is also president of the Columbus board of trade.
