Quinn, Terence J
state legislator, congressman, was born Oct. 16, 1836, in Albany, N. Y. He was a representative in the state legislature in 1874, and was elected a representative from New York to the forty-fifth congress. He died June 18, 1878.
QUINNEY, WILLIAM RUTHERFORD, lawyer, legislator, was born Aug. 28, 1861, in Union county, Ark. In 1888 he was elected to the house of representatives of Arkansas; received the re-election two years later; and in 1892 became a member of the state senate.
