Love, William Franklin

farmer, state senator, congressman, was born March 29, 1852, near Liberty, Miss. He was brought up on the farm, and is now engaged in agriculture. When twentyone years of age, he was elected to represent Amite county in the legislature, which position he held for ten years, and was then elected state senator for eight years. He was a delegate to the constitutional convention of Mississippi in 1890; and was chairman of the finance committee of the senate when elected to the fifty-fifth congress as a democrat.
