Kellogg, Stephen W
lawyer, jurist, congressman, was born April 5, 1822, in Shelburne, Mass. He was judge of the New Haven county court in 1854; a member of the Massachusetts state senate in 1853; and of the state house of representatives in 1856. He was elected judge of probate in 1854; and held the office six years. He was elected to the forty-first, forty-second, and forty-third congresses, as a republican.
KELLOGG, WARREN FRANKLIN, journalist, author, was born Nov. 24, 1860, in Brooklyn, N. Y. He is the editor and owner of the New England Magazine, of Boston, Mass. He is the author of Recent French Art; and Hunting in the Jungle.
