Hines, Thomas H

lawyer, legislator, jurist, was born Oct. 9, 1838, in Butler county, Ky. He received his education in the public schools of his native county, studied law and became a prominent attorney of Frankfort, Ky. He has been judge of the county court of Warren county, Ky.; judge of the court of appeals of Kentucky; and has filled with distinction the high office was of chief justice of the state of Kentucky.

In 1891 he was a member of the constitutional convention of Kentucky for Franklin county. He has been prominently identified with the public affairs of his city, county and state; and is a member in high standing of various societies and fraternal orders.
