Henry, E. Stevens
manufacturer, financier, congressman, was born in 1836 in Gill, Mass. He has been mayor of Rockville; was a representative in the lower house of the Connecticut general assembly of 1883; and state senator from the twenty-third senatorial district in 1887-88. He was delegate-at-large to the Chicago national republican convention in 1888; and treasurer of the state of Connecticut from 1889 to 1893.
