Foster, Theodore

lawyer, United States senator, was born April 29, 1752, in Brookfield, Mass. He was a senator in congress from Rhode Island from 1790 to 1803. He died Jan. 13, 1828, in Providence, R. I.

FOSTER, MRS. THEODOSIA (TOLI) - FAYE HUNTINGTON-educator, author, was born in 1838, in New York. She is an educator of Verona, N. Y., who has written extensively for young people. She is the author of In Earnest; What Fide Remembers; A Baker's Dozen; A Modern Exodus; and other works.
