Floyd, Charles A

congressman, was born in New York. He served in the assembly of that state in 1836 and 1838; and was a representative in congress from 1841 to 1843.

FLOYD, DAVID RICHARD FLOYD- JONES, lawyer, state senator, lieutenantgovernor, was born in 1813. He was a member of assembly for New York in 1841, 1843, and in 1857; state senator in 1844-47; and lieutenantgovernor of New York in 1863-64. He died Jan. 8, 1871.
