Dennis, W. Bickham
journalist, miner, was born Dec. 8, 1864, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He attended the public schools of Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio; and graduated from the Central university of Richmond, Ky. In 1891 he emigrated to the state of Washington, where he is the president of the Port Townsend board of trade, and vice-president of the Northwest association.
Mining For many years he was engaged in newspaper work, and was president of the Middle- West Journals' association; and held other offices of honor. He is now at the head of several mining companies, and other business enterprises; and is the owner of the Dennis-Halteman block of Port Townsend, Wash.; and president of the Eureka Consolidated Mining company.
