Collins, Frank W
lawyer, lecturer, was born Feb. 9, 1860, in Pompey Hill, N. Y. He attended the Dryden Union school and academy, and graduated from the Syracuse university. During 1894-96 he was president of the Nebraska Republican league, and has been assistant prosecuting attorney of Lincoln, Neb. During the campaign of 1896 he was kept in constant service by the national republican committee, and lectured in the principal cities of Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and Nebraska, and his lectures generally abound with an inexhaustible fund of wit.
