Coit, Elizabeth Greer

lecturer, was born Jan. 10, 1820, in Worthington, Ohio. She received her education in the Worthington Female seminary; and for many years was engaged in educational work in that institution. She has become prominent as a lecturer and writer on topics relating to the human welfare.

She was the president of the first W.

R. A. in Columbus; and treasurer of the O. W. T. A. ever since its reorganization.

She was also president of the First church of spiritualists in Columbus, Ohio.
