Clark, Edmund C
soldier, lawyer, author, was born in Binghamton, N. Y.
He served as a union soldier during the civil war in company E, thirty-second regiment volunteer infantry, and was promoted to first sergeant, and subsequently re-enlisted in company H, sixth regiment, New York cavalry. He is scientist and writer on political economy; the author of several prose works a and a volume of poems. He has attained prominence as an eminent lawyer of Hutchinson, Kan., and has taken an active part in the public affairs of his county and state.
