Campbell, Felix
congressman, was born Feb. 28, 1829, in Brooklyn, N. Y.
For thirteen years he was president of the board of trustees of the widows' and orphans' fund of the fire department; for twelve years president of the board of trustees of the Brooklyn fire department; became a director in several corporations, and for twelve years was a member of the Brooklyn board of education. He was elected a representative, from New York, to the forty-eighth, forty-ninth, fiftieth and fifty-first congresses as a democrat.
